The user journey presented the most significant technical challenge for this project. Designing a seamless experience for a subscription service with fluctuating stock availability required careful planning, especially with distinct pathways for new subscribers, existing users, and one-time customers. The customer journey had to be continuously refined and iterated to strike the perfect balance between functionality and ease of use. The process was complex, but the end result was a streamlined, intuitive experience that made the effort worthwhile.
